Hadley Location

opening fall 2024

Hadley, our first location in Massachusetts, is set to open in the fall of 2024. This project consisted of rendering several drawing, which tSkinny used as marketing materials on social media and in existing locations.

Albany Location

completed late 2021
This project involved the renovation of two connected historic buildings into one 80-person restaurant and bar. I laid out the front and back of house floor plan in conjunction with our development team and a project architect. Albany was our first location to open in New York, and required us to design and institute a new, more efficient service model that worked in this furthest location.

Stowe Location

completed summer 2020
The project involved the renovation of a former Irish pub in the ski town of Stowe, Vermont. I laid out the front and back of house floor plan, which included completely renovating the kitchen to the efficient model I had developed with our lead team over previous locations. We also removed the drop ceiling and opened three rooms up into one connected dining space and bar.

Burlington Office

completed spring 2019

I developed floor plans for our first (non-attic) office and its connected workshop in a former warehouse in Burlington's North End. I also designed the connected warehouse and production kitchen in conjunction with our development team and a project architect.

Quechee Location

completed spring 2018
The first permanent restaurant that I worked on at the Skinny was our Quechee location. I laid out the front and back of house floor plan in conjunction with our development team and a project architect. This restaurant is one of few in the area so it provides a variety of guest seating experiences, catering to working individuals as well as large groups, and featuring a bar.

Prospective Space Iterations

My work included surveying and developing layout iterations and drawings of new and potential spaces. Although many of these locations were not built in the end, they were often fully developed before being terminated.
